How to Launch a Collectible Album

Release a soulbound album pass that unlocks streaming for every fan who collects it — with direct payments, unlimited or limited supply, and no middlemen.

Amari Market·Published Jul 2, 2026·Updated Jul 10, 2026

What is a collectible album?

A collectible album lets fans collect an album pass that unlocks full streaming of every track. Each buyer pays you directly. You can release unlimited passes to maximize reach, or cap the supply as a limited edition to create scarcity — either way you keep a direct relationship with your listeners.

How it works

When you publish, Amari creates a dedicated on-chain collection with a pass template. Every purchase pays you directly and mints one collectible pass to the buyer. Holding a pass from that template is what unlocks playback, so access stays tied to the fan who collected it.

Set it up

Add your title, cover, tracks, and a pass price, then choose your supply — unlimited or a fixed cap. Confirm the on-chain setup with a single WebAuth signature to create the collection and pass template. Once complete, fans can collect it immediately.

Soulbound by design

Collectible album passes are soulbound — they stay in the wallet of the fan who bought them and cannot be resold or transferred. That keeps every pass in the hands of a real listener rather than a flipper, so your streaming audience is always your genuine fanbase. There are no resale royalties because there is no secondary market by design.

Pricing and changes

Primary pricing is flexible — you can update the price at any time and it takes effect instantly, since fans pay you directly. Every collect and price change shows up in the activity feed.
